That said, sometimes, for whatever reason, people aren’t pleased with what they buy from us. Even though we maintain stellar reviews, and excellent product ratings, not everyone will fall in love with what they purchase.
If, for any reason at all, you do not love your CBD product, please return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date. Call 561-331-2225, or email contact@newphaseblends.com and notify us of the return. We will give you all of your money back, except for the shipping cost (if you paid for expedited shipping), after receiving your return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase order on file. A vast majority of refunds will usually be processed within 48 hours of receipt, however, extenuating circumstances may require a longer period.
